I hope that the title and image make it clear that this is not a happy person, but one who is in a state of anguish and doubt. I think the viewers will wonder what she is thinking, what she is afraid of or uncertain about. The look on her face adds a layer of meaning to her being challenged, again it could be anything from a losing battle in life, to living in fear everyday just because there's an evil force controlling our world or even something as simple as facing an important decision such as choosing between different options or taking a path that might lead to ruin.
