This artwork was born from a period of introspective solitude. In those silent hours, where emotions swirled like a stormy sea within me, I was compelled to bring them to life - to give them form and color. The faceless geisha encapsulates the universality of these emotions; they are not hers alone but shared by all humanity.
The scattered books around her are not fallen but shed – a deliberate unraveling to confront and embrace each emotion in its rawest form. It’s an intimate dance between revelation and concealment; for every book revealed there is another concealed yet yearning for light.
