Each stroke, each blend of color is a note, a melody echoing the unsung songs of our innermost desires and fears.
This artwork was born from a night where silence was my only companion, and the canvas - an open space where emotions flowed freely. The red signifies passion; unbridled and untamed, it dances with yellow - the color of hope. Together they create an orchestra of silent whispers that tell tales of battles won and lost.
The black lines are like bars on a musical sheet or prison bars holding back an explosion of emotions waiting to be set free. They represent structure amidst chaos; boundaries we’re constantly pushing against.
I painted this during a time when my soul was caught between two worlds – one where emotions ruled supreme and another governed by reason. It’s an embodiment of that struggle; raw yet refined, chaotic yet harmonious.
